Our client found the perfect site for her new home. To get the perfect house, we had to completely remodel the existing structure and lot.
We totally transformed the interior by moving rooms. moving walls, lowering the ceilings, and enclosing unused patio space to make it part of the living room. An intimate and elegant dining room, bounded by modern wood and steel columns, replaced the dingy origial kitchen. The new kitchen was place on the south side to take advantage of the magnificent golf course and mountain views. Limestone replaced the dated flooring and a light color palette visually expands the space. Modern metal and wood doors complete the scene. Comfortable custom furniture pieces are enhanced with luscious textures and the colorful art.
